  3.                                 Conditions of Use
  4.  
  5.              Ezycom is the copyrighted materials of Peter Davies and
  6.              authors of respective products.  The material it covers are
  7.              the executable files, overlays, documentation and anything
  8.              contained in the Ezycom Package.
  9.  
  10.              If, you classify as a SHAREWARE registration,  you are
  11.              allowed to evaluate Ezycom for 30 days. After that period
  12.              you MUST either REGISTER Ezycom or stop using it.  Non-
  13.              Profit Organisations and Commercial customers may ONLY
  14.              evaluate Ezycom for a period of 7 days before Ezycom must be
  15.              bought or discontinued in use.  If Ezycom is being used in a
  16.              multi-line situation,  then only one Registration is
  17.              required.  This is provided that the registration key in
  18.              use, will only be on one hard disk and only in one directory
  19.              of that hard disk.  If this is not the case, then a site
  20.              licensing agreement is required.

  22.              Before registration, you miss out on a few 'Nice' features
  23.              taken out to help encourage registration.  It must be stated
  24.              however that Ezycom is useable without these features, and
  25.              is not now and never will be 'Cripple Ware'.

  27.              Ezycom may never be used in an unlawful or illegal manner.
  28.  
  29.              Ezycom distribution is encouraged, so long as no charge is
  30.              levied for the distribution.  Pay Systems are exempt from
  31.              this so long as there is no extra charge for Ezycom.
  32.              Commercial Software Libraries may not include Ezycom in
  33.              their libraries, without the written permission of Peter
  34.              Davies.

  36.              Ezycom archives may not be altered in any way, shape or
  37.              form.  Conversion to a different archive format is allowed,
  38.              but we prefer that you do not convert it. Adding BBS comment
  39.              files or headers to the archives is NOT permitted.

  41.              You are NOT allowed to modify Ezycom executables, Overlays,
  42.              registration keys or documentation in any shape or form.
  43.              Tampering with messages inside executables is NOT permitted.

  45.              Site/Group licensing agreements will be reviewed on a case
  46.              by case basis.

  48.              The registration key may not be distributed to other
  49.              person(s).  Doing so will violate the licensing agreement
  50.              you made when Registering Ezycom.
  51.  
  52.              In using this program, you agree that in no event shall
  53.              Peter Davies and respective authors be liable for any
  54.              indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary
  55.              damage or lost profits, even if Peter Davies and respective
  56.              authors have been advised of the possibility of such damages
  57.              or lost profits.  You further agree that if for any reason
  58.              Peter Davies and respective Authors are found to be liable
  59.              to you as a result of your use of the program and software,
  60.              that as partial consideration of Peter Davies and respective
  61.              Authors granting you this license, you agree that Peter
  62.              Davies and respective Authors, sole and exclusive cumulative
  63.              liability to you or others shall be no greater than the
  64.              amount of any registration fee paid by you.  If no such
  65.              registration fee was paid, then Peter Davies and respective
  66.              authors are not liable for any amount.

  68.              Peter Davies or the associated Authors are in no way
  69.              obligated to provide support for or future versions of
  70.              Ezycom.
  71.  
  72.              Registration of Ezycom entitles you to the use of the
  73.              current version of Ezycom.  Any future versions may have new
  74.              licensing conditions, which may change the terms of your
  75.              current licensing agreement.
  76.  
  77.              The use of tampered versions of Ezycom, or the use keys not
  78.              distributed by Registration Sites is an infringement of
  79.              International Copyright Laws.  We will not hesitate in
  80.              prosecuting offenders.

  82.              The copying and/or distribution of your license key is
  83.              strictly prohibited.  Except of course for backup or
  84.              archival purposes.

  86.              Definitions of Ezycom Versions

  90.                 May be used for a period of up to 30 days.
  91.                 After this period, you must either register, or stop
  92.                 using Ezycom.  Warning messages appear after
  93.                 30 days advising users and the Ezycom Support Team of
  94.                 your illegal usage.
  95.                 2 lines (local and/or remote) are available for usage.

  99.                 Discounted version of the full version of Ezycom.
  100.                 4 lines (local and/or remote) are available for usage.
  101.                 This version is for hobby type activities only.
  102.                 That is, the BBS can not have any advertising,
  103.                 can not sell goods, can not charge users more than
  104.                 $50US for access, can not claim any part of the BBS
  105.                 (including Power, Phone Lines, Hardware, Software) on
  106.                 tax, can not be associated with a Business, Company,
  107.                 Organasisation or Government body and can not make a
  108.                 profit.

  112.                 Full version of Ezycom for use in business/commercial/
  113.                 government environments.  That is, none of the above
  114.                 conditions are met.
